Maintain a hollow position

Consistent vertical jump(balls of feet/soft knees)

Aggressive wrist rotation

Wrists below the elbow

Dont’s

Heel kick/ Piking kick

Allow arms to open wide(shortening the rope)

Use elbows/shoulders to rotate the rope
